back to school. i had to adjust to large crowds- it's so hard to focus when everyone around you is so interesting to look at, a thousand scenes. but you have to get to where you need to be fast. it's nice to know that i can focus when i need to. but i started missing the faces from last year's seniors in the crowd.
run lola run for me has become a test of keeping track of colors. red and green are the most promenant, and someone mentioned that there was also yellow, which would make the movie like a street-light.
red: ambulence, lola's hair, the bedroom scenes, the bicyclist's shirt, the bricks under the traintracks
green: the money bags (parts 2 and 3), lola's pants (therefore legs), the lines representing the guard's heartbeats in part 3
red is stop. red is also for blood and birth, a foreboding omen. the bicyclist was temptation, in a way. tempting lola with an easier way to do things, for sacrificed time.
